If you have rugs or carpet and they look dirty or even if they don't, this thing is amazing!  I cannot believe how much dirt came out of my floor rugs!  My rugs look new again!  I have pets and this thing does the job with ease.  The only downside is there isn't a place for the hose attachment.  Definitely worth the money! The photo provided shows the debris from an 8 X 10 tan rug that just looked a little darker than normal. The rug looks brand new again!

Best thing ever!

Bought to replace my old Bissell. I was not disappointed! I have pets and need a carpet cleaner to clean up their messes. I love the hose attachment as I did not have one on my Bissell. Is more heavier than my bissell, but does the dirty job quickly and efficiently

Awesome Cleaner!

I mistakenly bought a white rug not knowing how quickly it would get dingy and dirty. I also have a dog that tracks dirt inside. This carpet cleaner made all my rugs and carpets look and smell brand new again. The dirty water and debris that it pulled up from my carpets was disgusting, but so satisfying that it's now clean and sanitized.

I’ve had many carpet cleaning machines over the years with kids and pets. This is probably my favorite of all time! It’s powerful yet not heavy and I love the design. Easy to put together and easy to use. I’ve been buying Hoover only the past several years and the quality does not fail!

My fave yet!

I have very old carprts in my home and this carpet cleaner made them look almost new. I love that it picks up just as much water that I put down and the suction on this thing is perfect. Well worth the money spent. I also like the fact that the dirty water tank is seperate from the clean water tank and both are a good size...means less trips and more cleaning. Carpets were dry almost immediatley. I also like the fact that you can take the lid off of the dirty water completey and clean it really good inside. Best money that I spent!

works great .It's really not loud .It's like a vacuum. tonwork right ever piece you must hear a click.i did my whole living room carpet and 2 couches.it was amazing the dirt it pulled out. the hose stays in, and you have to hear a click and then push down.it doesn't come out at all. i love this machine. the picture is of the 2 couches, not bad, but still gross water.it won't let me post the fully clean carpet .but its clean.BUY IT.

Worst ever

When I turned it on it made a a loud noise, sparks came out from the bottom and it burned my carpet! How do I return it to the store I bought since I bought it online and picked it up a the store?
