Great Product looks like new, good price and shipping. I had iRobot years ago until it died.. an original one. Then 2 years ago after we built a home I got the i3 and was pretty happy with it, used daily with to hairy dogs then it started getting worn out so I ordered this. Huge difference, this is much stronger and smarter. Better and quicker clean and less work keeping it clean as it cleans itself. Seems better made so price is worth it over the cheaper model. Love It.

Product was exactly as described. It is refurbished. Much cheaper than a brand new one. It looks brand new. And comes with two year warranty. You cannot beat that. I do recommend charging it completely before using it. I accidentally ran the vacuum when I was trying to get familiar with the app. With a low battery. It had no problems picking up a little bit of stuff around the house like a pro. Also return to dock with no problem.

So far so good. This referred Roomba came looking brand new. It has been used almost everyday, because we’ve been moving things around, letting it clean under beds that haven’t been done it awhile. S9 is really great. We had an original Roomba and it bumped into everything. Cleaning it was easy with the provided tool, but with long hair it seemed never-ending. Our carpets feel more plush and our vinyl and hardwoods are debris free!

    Roomba is hassle free and does a perfect job.

    This is a great machine! Easy to set up. Just load the program included with the instructions and charge. It’s been cleaning great by itself, empties by itself, and charges at end of cleaning. So easy and it does a fantastic job! I was a little apprehensive when I was considering buying it bc it was a refurbished Roomba, but it is fabulous. I programmed it to run 3 times a week at a certain time and it does like clock work.

    Good Robot Vac but noisy and clumbsy

    I already own a Roomba J7+ that i am quite pleased with. With a dog and a cat, pet hair is constantly a hassle and needs to be addressed daily. Hence the reason i purchased the S9+. All of the literature and marketing hype talk about the fact that the S9+ is great for dog hair. That turns out to be a pretty accurate statement. The issue I have found, in comparing the two machines is that the S9+ is like a "bull in a china shop". It doesn't like throw rugs, fringe on carpet and has been known to move furniture trying to clean (In all fairness, i did discover a setting that makes it more gentle on moving furniture). It is also very loud. I have not had any of the issues described above with the J7+ however it is not quite as good in the pet hair department. Setting the passes to ...

    Not Happy

    Would not connect to the app Kept getting error codes - Would fix error codes like replace bin, reboot robot, not charged, return to docking stating CONSTANTLY. I don't know what re-furbished includes but it worked worse than the one I have that's 4 years old.

    Best Robotic Vacuum We've Ever Owned

    Only been owned for a short time but so far it is working fine. Does a better job of cleaning than our old i6+. Reliably goes back to the base and empties bin without any intervention, The only down side is that it takes longer tovaccum the whole house than our previous unit.
