As I hoped, the unit leaves very little moisture on floors and is much safer to use on laminate than the older steam cleaner I own. The Bissell will make keeping floors clean much more convenient.

The standard mop head is high effective in cleaning floors of muck and guck. The attachments are what makes this a phenomenal product. As gross as it sounds, I thought I had dark brown grout around my stone entryway. The grout is actually light brown and I'm a tiny bit ashamed for living that way for so long. I have recommended this product to others now as well! #sweepstakes

I wish I had bought this mop years ago!

I was very nervous to try a steam mop as not every kitten is responsible about their box usage, and my floors were getting atrocious. I hand scrubbed my wood floors weekly, but it wasn't enough. I've spent money on loads of different cleaners, but none of them worked long term, and some not even short term. The mop head is washable. That was a must for me and its so easy!! Also a must was the steam couldn't ruin my floors. I have 100 year old wood floors, and they are irreplaceable. My tile floors have never been more spotless. And the attachments!! I didn't pay much attention to them when I bought the steam mop, but I can't stop using them now. The window steamer is a dream!!! I'm so glad Bissell delivered on their promise to me to deliver a quality machine, that works as described. Honestly, it works better than they described. Stop reading reviews, and buy it. You can thank me later.

Stop Looking - Buy It!

First day it arrived, I cleaned the linoleum and the wood floors, it did a fantastic job and we have two large breed dogs that make a mess with their big feet! Then I tested the grout attachment, my grout is supposed to be this light? Yes! Nothing I ever used could get my grout this clean. I used the brush tool and clean the kitchen faucet, all of the caked on water spots around the base plate disappeared! I love how easy it is to use this steam mop, and that I can use it as a hand held steamer. Easy to fill the water too, just disconnect the handheld part and turn it on its side, no need to lift the entire steam mop. Cord is plenty long, and the steamer is ready in 30 seconds.

Highly recommended and it makes cleaning fun!
