Great Bread with this Truly Multipurpose Gold Medal Flour!

Great Bread with this Truly Multipurpose Gold Medal Flour!
I love making bread at home in the oven and in the air fryer. I just got an extra larger air fryer so my cool round non stick designer cake pans fit. I make my dough and allow it to rise right in the cake pan and cover for about 45 minutes with plastic wrap and a light towelYou'll see in the photos that my homemade, no knead, Italian bread cake out looking and tasting fantastic. It's simple to bake bread in the air fryer and this photo listed is proof.Ingredients? Just one pack of instant yeast that I placed in about 3 cups of get warm water (105f) and stirred until combined. I have allowed about 5 minutes before beginning my bread making.I placed about 4 cups of gold medal Multipurpose flour into a big bowl and added one teaspoon table salt. I combined the flour and salt and then began to add the warm water and combine together using a large wooden spoon. Use anything you like but I try to keep this very easy and not use my hands as I make a mess in the kitchen.Mix together without any need to knead the dough. Cover in warm area of home and have plastic wrap over top to keep it from drying out.Allow to rise for 1 hour then punch the dough down and then cover with plastic wrap and allow another 1 hour before punching down again.Allow about 45 minutes to an hour. Pre heat your oven to 400f and when the 45 minutes to an hour has arrived you'll place your bread dough into the hot oven and cook for about 30-40 minutes.Remove bread when it's cooked to your liking and for be I like to tap all sides to listen for a hollow sound. Remove bread and place on some type of wire rack so the bottom doesn't get moist.Allow to continue to cook as it's cooking for about 15 minutes or more and then serve!I hope you like this simple but true recipe!
