I love this sofa!  It's perfect for my kids media room space, very comfy for them- and pretty for me!
I also LOVE the fact that you can move the chaise to either end of the sofa.  The problem with sectionals is typically they can only go one way in a space, but not this one!  I love that it will work in any furniture arrangement I want to put it in- thanks for the attention to detail on that!

Perfect sofa for any space!

Very comfortable and pretty. The pillows did not puff any further though. The back pillows are pretty thin and slightly uncomfortable

I was skeptical about buying a couch online , but i am pleasantly surprised about this couch. Its perfect for a small living space and it was easy to assemble. Ive had it for 2 months now and cushions haven't lost their shape. Only cons are that its not the exact color as the picture and the cushions slide forward when you sit. Thinking of buying velcro to stop the sliding issue.

A good and nice looking sofa. Easy to assemble. The only thing that Iâm concerned about is that the mats are not level and thus forming a âslopeâ on the surface towards the inner part.

Cushions and one side are smashed in; after waiting a few of days in the hopes that it would take shape given that they had been boxed for some time, nothing has happened. The Velcro that is concealed on the main seat area (the black base) should be removed if users are having issues with slipping cushions. I'll be returning it because my seats aren't holding it shape and it looks like an old, worn-out couch. Moving should be simple if you live in a condo because everything will fit in a box. Don't purchase it with high hopes you get what you pay for and 400 is a 
deal.

I poured over many, many of these “inexpensive” couches before I landed on this one. Two stars because I love the teal color. Zero for the actual couch. Lesson learned: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

starts squeaking after a month. cushion is not comfortable. The velcro is nit that strong and the cushions keep sliding

I'm sad to have to return this. I just unboxed it to find one side smashed in. I can't build it and I was looking forward to this couch.
