- A:Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Unfortunately, TurboTax isn't one of the available apps.

- A:Answer Windows 11 in S mode is a version of Windows 11 that's streamlined for security and performance while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from Microsoft Store and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing. You can switch the laptop out of S mode and into Windows 11 Home for free in the settings. You can find the option to switch under the account settings page in windows settings.

- A:Answer Thank you for the question. This laptop is presented with Windows 11 Home in S Mode, which supports apps available in the Microsoft Store. But you can take the system out of S Mode simply, for free (not reversible) if you'd prefer more flexibility with choice of browser and download origins.
