Hey Lego fans! I’m sure some will laugh at the time I took to build this but this was my first ever LEGO build and I loved the Yoda design. Being that it was close to 2000 pieces, I admit to wondering if I overestimated my abilities as I revealed the shiny numbered bags, one by one. While the build wasn’t an easy first try, I made some mistakes and had to backtrack, it was a great payoff as the awesome Yoda slowly emerged. The instructions go from showing placement to pure deduction at step 350, something I enjoy and could compare to reading Shakespeare, once your brain adjusts, it starts making sense. I loved it and my kids loved helping, for this 45 year old who was never into LEGO, it was great and I’m planning my next big build. Thank you LEGO designers, you are great!

First build ever, challenging, but awesome.

Excellent lego set, I highly recommend it, this one I would say is a bit more complex than the alternative Baby Yoda lego set.

Lots of fun and great quality

This set it recommended for ages 10  but my 7 year old Granddaughter and I assembled it. She did all the work, I was the supervisor. We did it over the weekend and it looks great and she's very proud of it.
If you like Legos this definitely is a must buy, you won't be sorry. The instructions for this kit were much better than some of them I have done in the past, very well explained and with detailed pictures.

Our New Centerpiece

When I saw this lego build I knew this was a must buy set, it has a lot of pieces and its big. I love that there's a yoda minifigure next to it. The only small problem is that its kinda hard to adjust the hands of yoda and the lightsaber. I would recommend this to a friend.

Sick build

1st of all thank you LEGO for bag numbering. My grandson , who is 11, has built many LEGO's and some above his age group. He did find some difficulty by placing some parts of similar appearance in the wrong place. He and I both took notice how Yoda was constructed and now has started to build his own character using grandpas vast collection of extra pieces.
Over all I believe this set is outstanding and looks just like Yoda.I do think the build is a bit difficult for the average 10 year old LEGO builder.

One Great LEGO Character

I absolutely love this, It took me a while to build, And it was frustrating along the way but ended up being fun staying up till midnight watching tv and building this, Surprising amount of playability with the hands, the head, and the lightsaber, The minifigure that it came with is great and so is the plaque.

Excellent Build And Display and Play Piece

This was a gift for my 13-year-old daughter. She is an avid Star Wars fan and Lego collector. She has built numerous sets including the Lego Disney Cinderella Castle.  The set was completed in approximately an hour. She did have trouble with the instructions and found them to be confusing. Specifically, the building of the cloak and draped hood. The finished piece looks really great on display, but his feet fall off if you try to play with the figure.  He also falls over easily if his feet are not positioned correctly. This is a must if you collect Star Wars Lego.

Great addition

This was my first Lego set in a while. Been a little over 20 years since I last touched a Lego. It brought back good memories and was a lot of fun. I didn't find it too difficult. The challenging part for me was trying to differentiate all those tan bricks.lol

Fun Build!!!

Difficult build Yoda is. Somewhat new to LEGO I am, but a Padawan I am not. A year I have been building with LEGO. Much more difficult I found this kit than others to include the Saturn V, the International Space Station, and the Apollo Lunar Lander, all which have higher recommended age ratings. But with Master Yoda's wise inspiration finished I am. Very cool the finished LEGO model of Master Yoda is.

To be honest Lego, This is just garbage. It makes me mad because when I have guests over the whole set falls on them! Build was a little confusing and it doesn't matter how it looks but how sturdy this Lego could be! My parents bought me this for Christmas and it has fallen on 3 people already! You disappoint me and its just terrible
