No, they will not last long if you leave outside in rain and weather. 
They are portable to be used then stored, then setup again.

I have left mine out for a couple weeks at a time, however, I think over time it will start to dry rot. May last for 1 yr. with no problem.  Great target for the price.

Are these targets water proof... Can they be left outside year round?

What is the rating on this? Will it handle the higher power crossbows?

What is this target rated at in F.P.S?  My current bone collector target is rated at 350 f.p.s. and my arrows are going clean through my target.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this bag, because of the speed rating. I'm shooting a Wicked Ridge Fury 410, as well as two other crossbows shooting at speeds in excess of 380 fps. This bag stops the bolts every time, and it is easy to remove them. Works better than the high priced bag targets.

400 fps or better stops em dead

This target stopped all my arrows shot from a killer instinct 405 crossbow. I couldn't believe that this little target could stop arrows going that fast...but it did. A must have before deer season.

Excellent target

I have a delta deer target and big blocks of foam which work ok but the issue is getting your arrow to release . The bone collector bag target is perfect size and very good quality for the price. I dialed in a new set of pins on my bow and actually enjoyed shooting again when the arrows come out easily. 
For me i found pushing in than pulling out quickly gave me the easiest results to get my arrow to release easily from the bag target.

Great for compound bow

Great target bag! I'm using a 175lb/235FPS crossbow. Does not penetrate through the back at 10 yards. Only suggestion that has nothing to do with the bag- Het arrow colors that are a different than whatever bag you buy. It's just easier to see where you hit from a distance. (Without binoculars)

GREAT BAG FOR PRICE!

I am restarting a hobby that I excelled at 55 years ago. I have to learn about the new materials that make up modern archery equipment and then relearn how to shoot my new bow. I love this big target because it will help me to not lose arrows, and it is big enough for my tired old eyes to see.

Very Positive

It is very sturdy.  Easy to move for different distances.  The bright color makes target easy to see.  Has been holding up very well through many sessions of practice.

I really like the size and weight of this bag target. I also like the placement of the target dots on both sides and the fact the two sides are different. My arrows came out very easily which is a huge plus. 

There is one negative. If you shoot a 70lb bow, you may want to consider a different target. I am shooting a Diamond Deploy SB, at 60 pounds. This bow IBOs at 330FPS, so it is faster than most. I have only shot 15 arrows into this target and most were in the middle of the bag. I have found on my target that the middle is a little soft. On my third set of shots I had one arrow protruding out the back by about 3/4". It may not be very long before I'm shooting most of the way through it, so I'll be shooting anywhere but the middle once I'm sighted in fully. Fortunately, I also have a large Yellow Jacket bag target which I have never had an arrow go all the way through.

Nice target well constructed but very lazy on the hogring staples some not even connected properly. Not worth the hassle of returning for a new one. I will have to secure it myself. Get what ya pay for I guess.

Poor quality of stapling

When I first shot at the target, I had problems pulling arrows out. Damaged some flights and even broke one arrow inside of target.  Seems as if some of the material, inside of target, is pressing around arrow and not letting go!
