Looks nice. The water load mechanism under is great. Locks onto top of bottle and bends so it gets all the water out of bottom the jug. The pump motor is VERY quiet compared to my old one. I can get a very tall glass under fill area. Only thing missing is a night light under top of dispense area for night filling.

Water dispenser

It truly worth the price!! The machine doesn't make any sound until you take a glass of water then, it start the engine and make a noise dor 5seconds and it stop right away. Super purchase. I recommend. I've been using it for 3weeks now

worth the price

The reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because it does not come with a night light. Our old one would light up in the area where you place your glass, not this one. It's too bad.

No night light sadly

Fantastic water cooler! The only thing I wish is that there was more room by the tap and drip tray to fill your water bottle. As the water is getting cold or cleaning it's a little noisy but not a big deal. Love the under mount water bottle so I don't have to lift it.

Worth the price

Some what noisy when hot water tanks refill. The cup holder trey is quite low and I have to squat down to see if it is positioned correctly and to check how full the cup is.

Improvement needed

The water dispenser works great and it looks nice.  The dispenser will beep very loud when the water is about to run out (1 inch left) in the bottom of the bottle.

Water Dispenser

I find the dispenser noisy and the water dispenses fairly slow.
The water isn't as cold as my old dispenser. 
There doesn't appear to be any indicator when the water bottle is empty.

Igloo water dispenser

This is a terrible product that I will never order again. Opened the box and the top piece popped opened. The water dispensing pieces (cold, and warm) fell off and I had to put it back in place. I closed the top thinking everything would be fine. Boy was I wrong! Plugged in the machine in and placed my 5 gallon bottle in the spot below. The machine started dispensing water immediately, I have never owned a self cleaning machine, thought it was normal. It dispensed my entire 5 gallon bottle and that's when I realize this cannot be normal. Put the machine back into the box and its going back to Walmart. Maybe I had the defective machine, maybe the carrier dropped it as the package did arrive with the bottom of the box damaged. But that being said I will never try this brand again!

BUYERS BEWARE!

I am very disappointed. It stopped working aftrr one week using it. I think it was the faulty pump. I returned in the store.
Otherwise it looked OK, not very loud.
