No, they are connected to the sub woofer via wired connections

No they were not and I returned the unit telling the electronics manager how misleading the wording and picture were. They are indeed wired to the subwoofer... it's the subwoofer that's wireless from the front sound bar is all. This DOES NOT WORK IN AN OPEN ROOM/Living room/Kitchen area. Wires and a plug would have to be right through the middle of the rooms and that definitely won't work.

Are the rear satellite speakers wireless?

Looks great, I must be to old to figure it out how to hook it up to my TV.  Think might be the TV is just to old so I need to find someone that knows this stuff. I do  not even know where to find someone that won't cost a lot of money. I am OLD Senior, LOL.

5.1 Soundbar looks GREAT.

Ive had this system for almost 2 weeks now, havenât had any issues out of the box. The sound is really impressive for the price you pay! Ive had REAL home theater systems that were double and sometimes triple the price and either sounded close to this or slightly better. For the record this HTS is in a fairly small room, roughly 13â x 13â. BUT Iâm fairly certain this would be adequate for a small - medium sized living room. Final conclusion, this Vizio  SB3251n Home Theater is an extremely great buy for the money!

Excellent buy for the money!

First of all, I NEVER review anything. Like, ever. BUT I came to the walmart app PRECISELY to review this system I bought in store today. I have a 70 inch LG tv not the newest but definetly not old at all. I still went with the â32â sound bar because the price was crazy for the contents of the package. I was weary but I thought, âI could always bring it back if it sounds .. Meh.â Lol but boy was I wrong! It fills the room and makes you smile. BIG SOUND. The subwoofer sounds STUNNING. No rattle, no flatness, no shake, no crackle. Only smooth very loud (by volume) bass and dimension. The side speakers are phenominal with VERY, VERY, VERY long thin like cords that can be easily hidden. Do not hesitate! I would purchase this system 100x over. No complaints AT ALL whatsoever. If you listen to the narrsisistic, pessimistic reviews claiming itâs just okay or bad, you my friend are going to miss out big time. Those are people who want their living rooms to be movie theateres only they donât have enough cash so they are bitter. Must buy this system! Especially for any begginer audio enthusiasts that dont trust difficult setups!

well is just OK. the volume only goes to 35. NOT very loud. easy-to-use. but actually disappointed!!! Will be returning for much better system thru Amazon Prime. mucho better system n same price actually little cheaper than this system!!!!

I love the product, but am somewhat disappointed.  I believe most of the problem is the fact I'm trying to get this sound bar to work with an older flat screen TV (not a Vizio brand).  I can get the system to work perfectly when performing a "system test", but when actually trying to use it, I can't get the subwoofer or rear speakers to work.  I'll be purchasing a new TV soon, so I'm assuming it will work just fine with a new setup.
