I LOVE this tent! First of all, it POURED out for hours one night! We had 2 huge tents same brand but the other was one that basically has pop up poles and that tent did NOT hold up the teens got SOAKED! My tent held up it got a tiny bit wet but by my own fault lol, however I did also put tarp under my tent they didn't , although their top cover didn't work well either. Putting it together was a little tricky at first bcuz quite honestly the directions suck lol but now that I know how it goes its actually easy IF you have help because this tent is BIG! It ended up being only me %26 my toddler in it but we had all our clothes, his pack n play, an air mattress, toys, etc %26 we still had TONS of room. My baby was calling it a house. 😂 I hadnt tent camped in years I rent cabin but decided to try it %26 read up reviews on so many tents! I'm sooo glad I ended up picking this tent! Well worth it!

Great Purchase!!

We bought this tent a year ago to go camping with and so far we have been camping about three times. Our first time using it and setting it up was pretty easy providing the instructions. It took about 30 -40 minutes. I was amazed at how large it was on the inside. My husband and I were the only two but we brought our dogs along so it was big enough for the four of us and we could have added about four more adults easily. We used two twin size blow up mattresses that took approximately 1/3 of the space we had in the tent and it was still enough room at the foot of the mattresses to be able to walk around. We used the other half for our luggage and fishing supplies and and still had plenty of room to walk around and get dressed in. The height was perfect for my 6-ft husband to stand up in. We used the screen at the top where you can hang your lantern and laid our light in the net and being that it was high it illuminated the light very well throughout the tent. During the day we were able to take the covers off of the tent to be able to have sun and air flow through and give us a nice breeze. The screened in porch was very nice as we were able to fit 2 chairs on each side of the door and put a mat down to wipe our shoes off before entering the tent. In the evening we could sit in the chairs on the inside of the porch with our torches burning on the outside to give us light while being protected from getting ate up by mosquitoes. On the third day of our first trip and being there it decided to rain all night and to my surprise it held up with not even a drop of leaking from the top as the covers were long enough to cover the screened area and the door was up off of the ground so that no rain could leak through on the bottom. Being that it was the start of the pandemic this was definitely a great investment as to staying in a hotel and being around a bunch of other people are we saved money. Might I add that each time we went camping thereafter it was much easier to set up as we were more familiar with the setup. It has been about a year later now and we plan on using it again this year and so far everything has held up just as good as when we first used it. We have even had a couple of compliments on the size and structure of the tent from others and when we told them the price that we paid for it they were shocked and said they were going to definitely look into getting one for themselves (family of 8).  We couldn't be any more satisfied with our investment. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a large family or those who like space!

Very spacious

We bought this tent because we were looking for a tent where I could stand up inside and not have to crawl in and out, the price was excellent, the first time we went out in it we had a downpour of about an hour and we were expecting leaks at any moment, and it didn´t happen. I have moved it by bicycle for 2 nights hiking over 50 miles. in the car it is excellent but on the bicycle it takes it´s toll because of the weight

We enjoyed this tent so much. There was five adults and 1 baby and we put 3 queen size tents in. We stayed warm and had no issues with the wind. Easy setup and easy takedown. Definitely recommend!!!

Perfect for camping!!!

We used this for a camping festival. I got it so we can use to go camping with our family and because my boyfriend is very tall so we wanted something spacious. It is perfect! It withstood a huge storm where tons of other tents and canopies died, but not ours! It didn't leak either! When I say huge, there was hail. So glad we got this. If we had used our old tent we would have been screwed. It was easy to set up and take down. If you're considering it, just get it. Worth the price since it's made to last!

Worth it!

We were a group of 4 girls who had never pitched a tent before and it was set up in less than an hour! So spacious and easy. Everything even fit back into the bag after breaking it down. This tent couldn't have been better for our first camping trip and we can't wait to use it again this summer!

BUY IT!

This is a great value! This tent was set up for the first time in about 20 minutes by 2 people. It went up easily. My boyfriend is 6ft and can stand with clearance in tent. A lot of room, great family tent. It was very windy second day and tent was durable.  I agree with other reviewers that it's hard to put back in the provided bag. I am so happy with this purchase.

Great Value

We were skeptical before buying this huge tent for a family of four but it stood the test in high winds and 7 hours of continuous heavy rains. 

We used this for our first camping trip for four days at Pictured Rocks Michigan last week and we saw three more families had the same tent on our campground that says a lot about how affordable and durable this tent is. We absolutely loved the tent for it’s size, screened porch and durability. We did a lot of research before we decided to buy it. This seems to be the best on market in terms of price and value. It was easy to set up and pack with the help of two people. We used the tent’s foldable bones to press put the air as the base when folding it and packing it back in the bag that comes with it. 

The rainfly comes with sealed seams but the tent cloth was leaking moisture in the morning after whole night’s heavy rainfall. So we used a 9x12 tarp on top of it and tied with stakes for additional safety on the second day to protect from heavy winds and unexpected rain just in case.  We also had additional tarp underneath the tent on the floor to keep away moisture. 

The dome was high enough for us to stand and walk and the privacy screen was great to create a changing area and keep porta potty for kids to use in middle of the night. We used an intex inflatable king mattress for all four of us. This tent made us feel home in middle of jungle and our whole experience so pleasing. 

We just wished that a window on the wall opposite the front porch would have been nicer as we had to go out in the middle of night to see what animal was outside the tent though we can’t complain as it suits our budget and we slept peacefully in it as first time campers. Thanks to Walmart and Ozark Trail for making this affordable tent so more families can enjoy camping experiences without breaking their bank!!

Family Favorite Tent!!

I liked everything about it until it started to rain. It rained on our second night camping and there were leaks from seams everywhere. The window seams were leaking, the rain fly seams were leaking. Our air mattresses and blankets were soaked. I do not recommend and will be returning this item.

Not Rainproof

We used the tent for one week in October, and we have used tents in the past. We are used to setting up and tearing down tents, but as we were tearing this one down, one of the tent poles split. Definitely not a sturdy product and frustrated with the purchase. Tent itself is a great size and was spacious for my family of 4 and our dog. Just has a problem with the tent pole splitting after our first trip.
