This is a great generator for the price. Used for 3 days during recent power outage. Did the job very well.

Great generator for the price. It is a little loud, weighs about 100 pounds, but it runs 1 AC on my RV, the TV and a couple other small items. This was just a stepping stone to get 2 inverter generators to run parallel at a future date. However I would definitely recommend this unit

Everything is fine with the generator beside one plastic piece that was broken to pieces when it was delivered. Not sure how to reach out to get a new piece to replace it.

We have had several of these generators over the last decade and have been completely satisfied. This time, however,  the generator arrived damaged. The fuel petcock had been bent to one side so violently that it had ruptured a hole in the fuel tank. Not sure what happened, but the tank had to be replaced before we could even use it the first time. We need it in the worst way, so we cant even send it back.

I have had this generator for 1.5 seasons. Always stored inside and drained gas during the summer months. Its been well taken care of. Started last week and fuel valve was leaking and causimg sputtering. After 2 unanswered emails to customer support I called.  They no lonner make ths part... suggested I try to find on a third party site. I bought this a year and a half ago... and they no longer support it!  Dont expect any help from the company if you need parts nor any useful information as they couldnt even give me a part number. I will buy a different brand in the future
