This camera cannot utilize e-mail.  The videos are wirelessly transmitted to an external device --- such as your cell-phone.   (for your 2nd question: I do not know the cost of cloud storage because I have never used it)

I have these Meshare cameras as well as the older Zmodo versions, I've never had them set up with Cloud service.  I mostly use them as monitors to watch kids because I'm not comfortable with cameras recording  my every movement.  It records and saves motion alerts onto the cameras internal memory, which can be viewed thru the app.  Each motion alert only records around 5 seconds and then automatically deletes them after 24-48 hours. If you want the camera for security, then you will need a Cloud subscription $4.99 per month/ $49.90 a year. For a live feed camera just hit back when it takes you to the Cloud page after set up.

Is cloud storage required for this to work or can it send pictures through email.  Also how much is the cloud storage.

Picture is clear day or night with three  settings on on sensitivity for The IR to be activated makes those low light spots easier to manage. I've used others I spent 300 on a Sumas system that was no where close to this. Hands down this camera is well worth what you pay. It's small, wireless, way easy to connect, sound is decent md makes viewing easy with the zooming feature. The only thing I wished as a different, I would liked the option to run on batteries, hide the IR light and when it activates the front light it makes a two click sound, it's low audible but it's noticeable. But it's not made to be perfect it's a affordable way to offer surveillance that will not empty your wallet. Thanks for those who helped market

truthfully a great camera at a low cost

These are good little security cameras I was really surprised at how clear about the Day vision, and the night vision is  with that being said I highly recommend these cameras the app is good that goes with them and there's cloud storage at a decent price so you don't have to have a hard drive back up for them.

I am pleasantly surprised by this camera. I ordered 2 for $19.99.. set one up facing my back door and one at my front door. Set up is super easy and the app is great. Plenty of customization options, and the clarity is great. I went ahead and ordered 2 more for my side door and garage.. so for $40 I will have all entryways covered and I get a notification anytime there is movement. They also have a speaker for 2 way communication. Overall this is a great and cheap way to keep an eye on your property!

I am blown away by the quality of this less than $15.00 camera.  Although it is supposed to be an indoor camera, I am using it outside by my front door and it works just great.  The installation and setup were very smooth and easy.

Magnificent Camera For The Money

Hello, I bought this thinking it was wireless. Meaning without a cord to power it. I was wrong. But the cord is small enough to go through our front door though. So it wasn't an issue. I absolutely love this camera and will be buying more when I become a home owner! It's meant for inside use but I have had no problems with it being mounted on our front door frame. If you're on the edge to buy this or not please do. You won't be disappointed
