The tv came quickly and the packaging was very secure. The tv looks and works new and came in original box. The picture is amazing and the 4k upscaling is better than expected. Definetly would reccomend!! You can get a top tier tv for middle tier pricing

Great buy!!!

I have waited for a 55" Samsung QLED to come into my price range. Though this unit was a refurbished, It came in original packaging and had no blemishes. I did purchase an extended service package, just in case. The set works great, the picture is fantastic.

My first GLED

First saw the QLED a few years ago it was amazing in color and texture like looking at person in the same room - with the price drop there was no more excuse not to own a 55” TV - great features easy to use - oh yes we did not wait till Christmas to unwrap this gift!

Don't even look at the others !

I received a Q65F (which is the Sam's, Costco, BJ's, etc. warehouse version) which has specs like the Q7F for less!  Received in like new condition.  Very happy.

Better then I expected! Received a Q65FN instead.

I was back in forth looking at TVâs and bought an LG 55 inch and kept it one day. Didnt like the picture it seemed too dark and all it had was preset options where i couldnt lighten it up. I have always had Samsung and after this last will never buy any but Samsung. The picture on this set is mind blowing and vivid. If you want a great tv buy this one!

Great tv

Extremely impressed with this TV, which is essentially a brand new.  My research found that the 2018 Q6FN is a better TV than the 2019 Q60.  It may have a few less extras, but the quality seems better.  The extended warranty is also a no brainier.

Very Nice TV

I have TCL 5 Series, LG LED, and Samsung NU6900 TVs, and this TV blows them all away with the brightness, color, contrast, and detail. The Samsung TV box was shipped in another carboard box to protect it. I got a refurbished model and was curious about the quality. The TV looks brand new with all the manuals and hardware. I needed to update the software to the latest version and was having trouble. So I selected online support thru the TV. I got a call from Samsung Support in less than 5 minutes. Impressive. They took control of my TV and applied the update. Samsung has most of the free movie channels built in, so there really is no need to buy a Roku stick.  I did anyway to get the local TV stations via the Locast channel. A review website said the Q6FN was better across the board than the Samsung NU8000. I ordered this on a Monday morning, and it got delivered via FedEx on Wed. Again, very impressive. Very happy with my NEW TV. Thank you Samsung. Thank you Walmart!

bang for your buck

I was kind of skeptical about this TV when I first purchase it and when it came in the mail it look brand new. This is the second time I've bought this TV the Samsung q6fn is great but flawed. it has a beautiful picture watching 4K movies and 4K content but the upscaling on certain TV shows is very bad and this TV is not a full array it's only edge-lit so it doesn't have the full quality of color and also there will be a whole lot more blooming and clouding issues with this TV because it's only edge-lit. if you look very to a couple of black scenes you'll see blurriness I am not joking at all so it's not worth over $1,000 if you really want something better with more color that pops get the  Samsung qled 8fn or higher but if you can't afford that get this TV around 700 to 800 bucks it should be worth your money. I really do hope this helps you out and good luck finding TV

great TV but flawed

Do not confuse this 120hz refresh rate TV with the newer QLED with 240hz refresh. I was very disappointed and returned it. Although it was packaged as new, and did not seem to be refurbished at all.
